How you’ll make an impact.
As an experienced data architect and end-2-end Collibra solution expert, we are looking for a multi-talented candidate to help shine the light in how Collibra can be used to further enable our growing customers be successful with their data in a compliant manner. Covering the full lifecycle of activities, you will show customers with low data maturity how to get into the groove of thinking, organizing and using their data.
What is the job of a Collibra Solution Architect, really?
You’ll be part of our Data Intelligence team and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Assists in the development and execution our customers Data Architecture and Governance Strategy
Implement roll out of different Collibra customers covering the typical use cases such as business glossaries, data catalogue, report catalogue, reference data and policies
Defines data models Model, data quality standards and operating models
Improve data management practices through data quality dashboards and data education sessions
Provide clear direction within Data Trust Associates and encourage professional development
Creates data policy for governing data
Educate data stewards, data owners and data custodians
Collaborates with different team such as Information Security, Finance, Legal and of course the different Business divisions
What do you already have:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (e.g. Commercial Engineering) and minimum of 5 years of work experience
At least 2 years working with Collibra in an architectural role
Knowledge of the general data technology landscape
Experienced in requirements analysis, data modelling and visualisation
A data storyteller that can motivate different types of customers and audiences
You are pragmatic in your approach. You use the right techniques to provide the needed quality and detail while avoiding complex solutions.
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence.
Must be self-motivated and able to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
Team player with proven people skills, who can mentor individuals within ateam structure, in order to achieve results and improve performance

Multi-lingual capability (English/Dutch) is a must
