At Data Trust Associates, we’re looking for a Data Sales Specialist to help us build a team of people and a network of customers in the Netherlands. While a growth mindset and a track record of creating commercial success are a MUST, you can count on us to help you fill the knowledge gaps where necessary.

At Data Trust Associates, we believe that success with sales requires a hungriness for success and a knack for building relationships built on trust. We’ll add in a strong foundation of training and a supportive team of Data-heads, and then you’re good to go!
As our Data Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for championing our vision and positioning in a new market:
- You will function as the right-hand man to our CEO while developing an approach to get into a new market and start building a network
- You will identify opportunities with senior Data leaders and ensure our offerings are positioned compellingly.
- You will build a robust sales pipeline through your own lead generation and upselling/cross-selling
- You will work closely with our marketing department to create successful lead-gen campaigns and ensure our name is known in Belgium and beyond

YOURPROFILE
- You bring a track record of generating commercial success, preferably in the IT/Recruitment/SaaS sector (but mindset is more important than experience)
- You are multi-lingual (NL & EN are a must, FR is a big plus)
- Able to work independently without losing track of individual and company goals
- Persuasive communicator that adjusts to the audience: colleagues, middle management, C-level
- Goal-driven and hungry for success
- Interested to understand how the world of data works and why it’s crucial for companies to invest in their data ecosystem
